Today is the first day of homecoming week and we are doing a graph matching lab with the lab quests, ipads, and motion detectors. Today's theme was America Day 

Hitting the Brick Wall

Today, we are trying to use graphs to describe motion. They have to which graph is correct and which are wrong and why they are wrong.

I love this game. It's a great intro to interpreting d. vs t. graphs and v. vs t. graphs.   

The Last Few Days

The last few days we have been constructing cars and using algebra to predict when the cars will tie in a race. We use Video Physics and Graphical to figure out the speed of the cars. Then we use Ubersense to record the finish in slow motion.
